Do you cater for couples?
Yes we can do couple plans! You and your partner or friend will both need to sign up. We can make the meal plans similar so that it is easier for groceries and meal prep. The portion sizes may differ slightly due to different macro goals!

Logging is painful, I dont want to do it, do I have to?
You don't have to, however, it can be helpful and since we agree that its a painful exercise, we’ve developed AI tools where if you put a rough text description OR just take a photo of your meal it will calculate your macros for that meal. Quick and easy!
Are the meal plans family friendly?
Yes you should stick to your macros but they are easy, quick and tasty so you can expand them to be family friendly too. We hear from our community all the time that their kids, or partner are also enjoying the same meals they are having!
How difficult are the workouts?
Workouts are customised to you, your goals and experience level. Start with weights that match your fitness level and gradually increase as you progress.
How many days per week do I need to train?
You do not need to exercise to lose weight. We have had many successful clients join our nutrition coaching service only, however, exercise and improved muscle mass does help with fat loss, hormone regulation, bone density and mental health. Any amount is better than no amount but an optimal amount is 3-4 times per week of strength based exercises. If 3–4 days isn't doable for you right now, remember that any amount is better than none, and our nutrition coaching will still drive significant progress.
Can I change meals?
You can swap meals in the app and we will provide a selection that fits nicely into your macros or you can message your coach/email support and we can rewrite your whole meal plan within 24 hours of receiving your request.
How often does my program change?
If you need some changes chat to a coach inside the app, but otherwise we will review you progress and update your workouts every 4 weeks and meal plan every 2 weeks.
Is there gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options?
Yes of course! Your meal plans are developed in accordance to your dietary restrictions and/or preferences.
Are results guaranteed?
Stick to the programme, get involved, and crack on, and you’ll be stunned by the person looking back at you in the mirror in 90 days time. If you do this and follow your simple, tailored plan and If you don't see measurable progress, we'll refund every cent.
Do I get a check in with a coach?
Yes we do weekly 1:1 check-in’s via the messaging feature in the app. I’m in the app too, along with a few friends and experts too, to make sure I can give you as much value as possible.

Good. You don't have to. The entire method is built on substitution, not deprivation. There's a eat-out-cheat tool so you can still order your favourites and stay on track. Sustainable beats perfection, every time.

A single PT session starts at $80. That's one hour, once. Not including nutrition advice or add-ons.
